Experience Beyond the Job Title

With more than 14 years of experience spanning executive support, business operations, and entrepreneurship, I've built my career around making complicated things run smoothly.

I spent over a decade supporting the same business owner across more than 15 entities, becoming a trusted partner in everything from confidential projects and financial administration to daily operations and process improvement.

I later founded and scaled my own company from 55 to 225 managed units, building a nine-person team and navigating rapid growth along the way.

What ties it all together? I take ownership, anticipate needs, and genuinely enjoy making other people's jobs easier.

WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE

I anticipate, not just react.
I learn how people work, recognize patterns, and handle things before they become problems.

I take ownership.
Give me a challenge, and I'll figure out how to move it forward without needing someone to hold my hand.

I build lasting relationships.
I spent more than a decade earning the trust of the same executive. That kind of partnership matters to me.

I leave things better than I found them.
From documenting complex workflows to training my successor, I believe good systems should outlast the person who created them.

I know when to step in—and when to be discreet.
I've handled sensitive business matters, confidential information, and difficult decisions with the understanding that trust is earned through good judgment, not just hard work.

The Work Behind the Experience

My career hasn't followed one straight path, and that's one of my biggest strengths. From spending more than a decade as a trusted executive partner to building and leading my own company, I've learned how to navigate complexity, earn trust, and turn big challenges into practical solutions.
